I hope the writing went very well, and I look forward to publication of the book, and resumed postings. Thanks very much for this stimulating resource - it has crystsllised and confirmed my own thoughts about what "a good presentation" really is, and provided the help I needed to change my approach to planning and writing my work.

A Beyond Bullets Update: I'm on the home stretch of writing the book and will be done by the end of the month, so it looks like I'll be able to resume regular postings in December. I'm looking forward to getting started again!
