I like this idea, though it may be a little hard to get the resources to carry it through.

I've just recently read the book Death by Meeting. One of it's main premises is that meetings are more useful if you establish a conflict (tension point) around each issue. This is very much in agreement with your suggestion here.

I appreciate this blog, thanks for the wonderful ideas.
